Songs of the Heart Series

This is a new Modern day AU and is open to anyone. When I first started on this little series of ficlets I knew each story was to be based on a specific song so I tried to think of an appropriate AU. I probably could have made it work in the ATF au but it didn't have quite the freedom that I wanted. So I was thinking I might use the M7Rocks AU that Cat had created where the guys all belonged to a band. I easily pictured the first two stories, then I started working out the details for Good Morning, Beautiful. It started out well enough, but soon I couldn't get the image of Ezra singing to Vin while they were making love out of my head. Talk about seriously cheesy porno music vid. I couldn't stop laughing. <G> When I finally did I realized I needed to come up with a different AU. Around that time someone on the MagAUs list asked if there were any AUs where gay/lesbian relationships were the norm or at least an accepted part of society. It got me thinking and I came up with this AU. Even though I've written an E/V pairing it's not set in stone, so if someone wants to write E/C or E/B or V/B or any other pairing, het/slash/gen they're welcome to go ahead. On to the fics.
